Unfortunately all services and education are final and cannot BE RETURNED, EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED INCLUDING SERVICES OR EDUCATION COMPLETED VIA AFTERPAY, PAYRIGHT AND PAYAPL.

RETURNS, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
Kara prides on providing superior quality products and customer service.
For any reason you would like a return, exchange or refund please follow these guidelines.
Once receiving the enquiry or accepting your order return, exchange or refund an email will be sent and will create a point of contact for you for any questions or concerns. We will be in touch regardless of the outcome so please do not stress and please bare with us as this can take 48 hours.
Our return policy lasts 14 days. You must inform the team at Kara immediately of faulty goods or issues when you receive the item and no later then 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your item/s, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. You can reach us at returns@bykara.com.au.
PLEASE NOTE ALL SALE/DISCOUNTED ITEM/S ARE FINAL SALES AND CANNOT BE RETURNED, EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED INCLUDING ITEM/S BOUGHT VIA AFTERPAY.
If for some reason an incorrect address has been provided:
If you provide the team at Kara with the incorrect or incomplete shipping information during checkout and products have been shipped, we cannot guarantee they will be returned to us if you do not receive them. If and when they are returned to us in the original condition, you will receive a refund on the item cost or alternatively you can provide an updated address so we can ship these items to you although shipping costs will be added to the item cost if re posting to an updated address.
If for some reason you have received damaged goods:
If the product/s you receive are damaged, defective or faulty, please contact us at returns@bykara.com.au as soon as possible within 14 days of receiving your item/s including images of the product/s and your order number and we will look into this matter urgently and are extremely sorry.
Once we receive and reviewed, we will be in touch immediately to confirm the outcome and send you steps to follow in getting these products back to the team at Kara and we will ensure to follow the steps to get you your refund or exchange back as soon as possible. Please note this can take up to three weeks to process even though our team will process the refund immediately.
If you decide to change your mind:
If you change your mind once placing your order, please immediately contact us at sales@bykara.com.au making note “ORDER CANCELLATION” including your order number so we can action as soon as possible before shipping your product/s out. A refund will be provided given these have not left our premise. If these have been sent out, bare in mind shipments go out each day, twice a day, we cannot just cancel the order and provide a refund. Once the product reaches you, you can reject the product and these will be returned to our team at Kara. Once received, given this is in its original packaging we will then issue you a refund of the item only.
IMPORTANT: Please make sure not to open the parcel when it arrives (due to hygiene reasons).
For some reason you would like to return your product:
If you’re unsatisfied with our product we are extremely sorry as we pride ourselves on providing excellent products. Please contact us at returns@bykara.com.au as soon as possible so we can arrange to have this sorted immediately. Once your return is received back we will send you an email to notify you that we have received this item and a refund will be processed and will be applied to your original payment method. Please be patient and don’t stress we will have this all sorted and as easy as possible for you.
